What services do you provide?

Some of our services include but are not limited to:

  • Entering transactions
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Clean up previous errors
  • Starting a new set of books
  • Producing financials

How do I submit payment?

  • If the job is one-time, payment is expected before the Accountant leaves your office.  
  • If you are on a monthly plan, we have recurring payments due on the 8th of each month. 
  • If the work completed is to be remote, payment is pre-paid for estimated hours

*Two hour minimum required for in person visits

Do you have contracts?

  • We do not have contacts. We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, let us know.  We will work with you to make sure the work completed is to your expectations.

**Note : A one hour cancellation fee will be charged for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours before set time.
